My journey started in mental health nursing (RMN), and over the years I’ve added tools like Counselling (Level 7), Relationship Coaching, EFT counselling (tapping), and teaching care workers in positive care approaches. I combine counselling, relationship coaching, therapy & tapping to help you release what’s weighing you down — so you can feel calmer, lighter & more in control again.
