I’m Melissa. For over 25 years, I’ve supported people who feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or a sense of being stuck, lost, or unmotivated in life. My work is grounded in compassion, experience, and trust, and I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and organisations including Google UK, Airbus, and the UN EU.
My professional journey began in mental health nursing (RMN). Since then, I’ve continued to develop my practice through advanced training in Counselling (Level 7), Relationship Coaching, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known as tapping.
By integrating counselling, relationship coaching, therapeutic approaches, and EFT, I help you gently release what’s weighing you down. The aim is simple: to help you feel calmer, lighter, and more in control of your life again.🙂
